A priced quotation with the Incoterm you prefer (FOB, CFR, CIF or EXW), lead time and validity.
- 3
Confirm and pay
A proforma invoice with payment terms agreed per order. Payment is commonly by telegraphic transfer or letter of credit.
- 4
Pack and inspect
Export packing with anti-rust protection, cartons or wooden cases, palletised and marked to your shipping instructions.
- 5
Documents and dispatch
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin and test certificates where available.
- 6
Track to delivery
We share shipment details so your clearing agent can plan arrival and customs clearance.
