Taper Lock Pulleys
A taper lock pulley has a tapered hub bore that takes a split taper lock bush. Tightening the bush grips the shaft concentrically, and changing the bush lets the same pulley fit different shaft sizes. This makes fitting and removal quick during breakdowns.
