Jaw (Spider) Couplings
Jaw couplings have two hubs with interlocking jaws and a flexible spider between them. The spider absorbs vibration and small misalignment and needs no lubrication. They are among the most widely used couplings for pumps, compressors and small conveyors. Spiders are available in several hardness grades.
